Audit Logs

Audit log in BotDistrikt records or logs all the interactions and activities that occur within the chatbot system. It serves as a chronological history of events, actions, and data related to your chatbots’ operations.

The audit log provides transparency, accountability, and the ability to review and analyze the chatbot's behavior and performance. Our key elements include:

  • Types of User Interactions

  • Timestamps

  • User information

  • System Events

  • Security and Access

To access user audit log, navigate to the side panel Settings --> Audit Log (dropdown)

Hover over Entity Name to view the code block of changes made.

Add filter to search through specific logs.
