Can I try BotDistrikt for free?

Yes, the BotDistrikt free plan provides access to all features and integrations. Use this plan to connect all your channels and take our platform for a test drive. Once you are close to reaching your limits, we’ll remind you to upgrade.

How do I upgrade to the next tier?

Once you have reached the limited amount of unique users, BotDistrkt will send you emails to remind you to perform an upgrade. Otherwise, you may proceed to the billing page and select the plan that suits you the best.

What happens if I reach my limits?

If you reach your Messages limit, your bot will stop replying to new messages. If you reach your Unique Users limit, your bot will function normally for all of its previous users, but will not respond to new users who send it any message.

What is a Unique User?

A user is a unique person who has interacted with your bot. Most messaging apps have their own definition of user, e.g. Whatsapp by phone number, or Telegram by username. On the Webchat integration, a user is a "Guest" and is considered unique only for the period of their chat session.

Can I cancel at any time?

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time, just go to the Billing section of the Platform, and click Cancel Subscription. However, the value will not be pro-rated.

For example, if a user whose monthly billing cycle starts on March 1st cancels his plan on March 15th, he will not be refunded for the remainder of the month. The subscription will run until the end of the month and will not be renewed for the following month.

What is a Message?

A message is any data sent from a human user to your bot. A message is commonly represented by text, e.g. the word "hello" sent to your bot, but can also exist in other forms such as an image, video, location, attachment, or button click.

Are the limits reset monthly?

No. The limits are the cumulative totals of a feature from the moment your bot is live. Messages represent the total number of messages received by your bot, and Unique Users represent the total number of users who have interacted with your bot.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept most major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.

Do you have any cancellation fees?

No. BotDistrikt is a pay-as-you-go service. You can cancel whenever you want. If you cancel, you’ll be billed for the current month, but you won’t be billed again.

Are volume discounts available?

We offer customized packages for enterprises. If you forecast more contacts are available in our packages, get in touch with us. We can help set up a package for your needs.
